1TB Lexar NM610 or WD SN550

Looking to upgrade my 256GB Intel 600p to a 1TB. Narrowed my choices to these 2 Lexar NM610, WD SN550. Both are priced at $135.
My 3rd choice is the TeamGroup MP34 but it cost around $150.

which should I get?

MP34 is worth the extra little bit, the NM610 and SN550 are both DRAM-less.

where do you live where those are the only choices? you're using $ so assuming you're in the US, look at the Mushkin Pilot-E, Western Digital SN750, or Inland Premium. Each of those are <$135 and aren't DRAM-less. HP EX950 bounces between $110 and $130 fairly frequently and is worth a look too but it's currently @ $135.

Silicon Power P34A80 1TB (Phison E12) is regularly $130 in the US and SN550 seems to hover around $100-115 (at least I get frequent enough emails from Newegg for that price after coupon) so OP’s probably not in the US.

Just checked Amazon US and TeamGroup MP34 1TB is $126.99 right now.

I live in the Philippines. I converted the prices to $. There are very few choices here and are more expensive

gotcha

the MP34 is still probably worth it over the others you mentioned but the issues with DRAM-less drives really don't poke their head out for everyone. at least look at benchmarks that compare the two (DRAM-less vs DRAM) and see what you're giving up, but they might be fine for you.

Those actually seem on par with US price after tax. US advertised prices don't include sales tax and iirc, Philippines has 12% VAT included already.

That's around what, PHP 7500 for the TeamGroup MP34 and PHP 6750 for the DRAM-less drives? I'd personally go with the MP34.
