Current app of 2^64 is also complete and there will be a new 10^20 app come up right after.
https://sech.me/boinc/Amicable/forum_thread.php?id=71

Get the app hours in now if you want them.

I ran multiple tasks at once for more hours:
Code:
<app_config>
  <app>
    <name>amicable_2_64</name>
    <max_concurrent>8</max_concurrent>
     <gpu_versions>
      <gpu_usage>0.33</gpu_usage>
      <cpu_usage>0.1</cpu_usage>
     </gpu_versions>
  </app>
</app_config>

Most of my hours come from CPU work.. But it gives me the idea to fire up additional clients. Should work the same, right?
Also setting my GPUs to run 3 at a time will help though.

The 10^20 app will be out tomorrow:

https://sech.me/boinc/Amicable/forum_thread.php?id=77#521
Quote:
It will be started tomorrow (July 1st)!

I've decided to speed up the launch of the next search due to performance issues with GPU version that everyone experiences now.

What will happen on July 1st:

1) "Amicable Numbers up to 10^20" application will start receiving tasks.
2) All GPU versions for the old application "Amicable Numbers up to 2^64" will be deprecated.
3) Credit points for both applications will be re-balanced to make sure that RAC doesn't change.

So all GPUs should automatically switch to the new application, and the old application will remain as CPU-only until it finishes.

Edit: If it's like the last search it would be good to get it on it early before the numbers become big and the tasks get more and more CPU bound. Might be more numbers to be found as well.

I kind of like the idea of running it for a bit and getting up to orange badges if at all possible ^_^

Still getting 2^64 tasks for CPU as well as the new 10^20 ones.
