You could try using what we have dubbed "The Mmonnin Method".

I was going to but time is killing me right now. My daughter just graduated from UF and is moving home smile.gif and frown.gifbiggrin.gif My son is moving to Denver, my work is exploding and it seems like I am having surgery every other week (spine). Monday I go for a consultation for a medical issue they found in my neck (carotid body tumor). It will be a 12 hour surgery so I am told. Not posting here to get sympathy or anything but I find talking about it eases my mind.

Having had two back surgeries earlier in my life I can sure emphasize with you on that situation.... And family definitely comes first.....

No problem my friend, as always the motto here is run what you like in the way you like and is best for you....

Take care my friend, my prayers are with you.....

(and yes I also found that talking about it does make it easier)

Yea, I started with about 100 tasks per machine last night. Figured once the estimates went down I'd get more so let it run and upload overnight; have a nice queue now.

Dunno what i am doing wrong then, my Nano with 2x tasks finishes them in 30-40 min. Or is it because i'm on Windows?

Not sure what's going on there, but the Nano should do better than that.  If it's anything like my Fury-X, it will throttle like crazy if the power limit isn't increased.  You might also be thermal throttling.  Tough to say for sure, but I was never able to get my Fury-X to hold steady clocks, until I flashed a custom BIOS.

There are also some issues with Windows 10 and runnning multiple tasks.  First thing I would do is drop to a single task, and see what the run-times look like.

Under Windows 10 I was getting 45min + run times on my RX-480 and 470 running 2x tasks.  Running 1x its 11 and 12 min.  According to what I read on the project site this is a known issue with Polaris and Windows 10.  I wonder if something similar is happening with your nano.  You could try running one by itself and see if things change.

Just fired up my fourth BOINC instance on another machine. If I'm counting right I now have eight fully loaded instances completed and ready to drop. Total tasks have exceeded 8,000 and counting. biggrin.gif
