Rosetta is the Sprint from the 11th to the 14.

Bunkering can begin now. The 4 day deadline on some tasks just reaches into the event timeline. Others extend well past the event.

https://www.seti-germany.de/forum/co...cipline-Sprint

There is Android app support for Rosetta as well.

There are some hefty files to download, 100-300mb to start with each task a couple of mb. Multiple files per task so it really helps to have these set.

PHP Code:
<max_file_xfers_per_project>10</max_file_xfers_per_project>
<
max_file_xfers>10</max_file_xfers
Rosetta has a targeted Run time option in the user preferences on their website ranging from 1 hour to 1 day. Default is 8 hours I think. I think I had mine set to 1 hour before and they would run a couple hours. Some tasks would run for 6 hours and then abort themselves.

2700x also in Ubuntu 18.04 is running fine though. All Rosetta app. Mini app is fine.

I had done that with AWS and Goggle Compute. The google version was more powerful. Maybe it's changed since then. Would be enough for a few tasks.

For people who haven't run Rosetta before, you can select the work unit length in "[email protected] preferences" and "Edit preferences" if you're logged in on the website. It doesn't necessarily run as long as it states, but this might help with getting enough units to last until the Sprint starts or even longer. I set mine to the max of "1 Day" and it has estimates of 5 hours for completion.

Huh, set my work queue to 4 days, I only got 4 tasks (about 3.5hours worth of crunching) and the boincmanager is telling me "cpu cache full". Won't get new tasks.

Do you have tasks from other projects in your queue?

I picked up a bunch right away on my 2P. I had my run time set to ten hours on Rosetta, and my BOINC preferences set to 1 day and .5 days.
