@Diffident have you noticed that NFS doesn't play nice with any GPU compute tasks that are running on the same machine?

I have tried isolating my Vega 64, which is running [email protected], from NFS, but so far I haven't been able to get the GPU to perform at peak output while running any number of NFS tasks.
My best results so far, is using isolcpus to isolate a core from the kernel scheduler, and then using taskset to pin the relevant GPU task threads to the isolated core. While that gets me close to the same performance as when NFS isn't running, I'm still seeing a 1-2% drop in GPU performance.

My 3570k in Ubuntu seems to be fine with a 980Ti and FAH and CPUs on NFS. The specific FAH WUs changed since I started NFS but still seem to be right in line with normal performance.

The performance is close, but when I suspend NFS, the TPF for the [email protected] WU on my Vega 64, goes down by 3-4 seconds. It's not a big difference in performance, but it is driving me a bit nuts.

TN-Grid is a possibility for a single point but we're now down 11 so there's no chance of making that up now. I had been looking at it and stayed on Yoyo a bit longer for some WUProp hours.

I haven't looked at it that hard. I just added 2 1070Ti FTW cards that I'm still feeling out, I don't know their true performance yet.

Should we sign the team up for this https://www.gpugrid.net/forum_thread.php?id=4264 ? Since we're all crunching away anyway.

Site seems to be down for me right now. Is it up for anyone else?
