That is the native app without VBox. Did you setup CVFMS and Singularity?
This will tell you if it's setup.
From one of your tasks.
Checking for CVMFS
which: no cvmfs_config in (/bin:/sbin:/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/lib/llvm/7/bin:/opt/bin:/opt/cuda/bin)
ls: cannot access '/cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw': No such file or directory
cvmfs_config doesn't exist, check cvmfs with cmd ls /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw
I think the Test app option being unchecked might be able to not DL the native app. Although I think I've tried it and still received native ATLAS tasks.
There is an overly complicated version to download/compile CVFMS and Singularity here:
I tried using repositories to install CVFMS and Singularity but I haven't received any tasks to see if it works yet.
sudo apt-get install lsb-release
sudo dpkg -i cvmfs-release-latest_all.deb
rm -f cvmfs-release-latest_all.deb
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cvmfs
sudo mkdir -p /scratch/cvmfs
sudo gedit /etc/cvmfs/default.local
Add this to the text file:
sudo cvmfs_config setup
Test to see if it works:
It should return
Probing /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/atlas-condb.cern.ch... OK
Probing /cvmfs/grid.cern.ch... OK
sudo wget -O- http://neuro.debian.net/lists/xenial.us-ca.full | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list
sudo apt-get install -y singularity-container
Test to see if it returns a version:
Edit: This seems to work. A task has been running for nearly 3 hours using 1853mb of memory so a lot less than the VBox version.
