dude, I can't figure out while my stats are so low. I've been folding nonstop for the past day on my 1090 and have it clocked at 4080 and still cant break 10k ppd. i need to get this worked out quick.

Check Task Manager; how much CPU usage is FahCore_a3.exe getting?

And a screenshot of HFM would be helpful.

Yup, HFM screenshot, and cpu usage should be 100% in all cores.

Also, double check your passkey in your config file. (found out mine was wrong today)

Have you been using it? OR have you got an 6701 project, both options will get you 10k PPD-ish
