Dropped down to last place :\ azn you are going to be gone till the 17th right?
and aar0nsky appears to be down as well

Yeah I'll be down until the 17th, unfortunately. Bad wifi connection + uneasiness = temporary downtime.

Brodie, nice hardware lol. Ranges from low end to high end.

Ever tried flashing the firmware on your router to DD-WRT?

I'm still here.

Yup. I actually did that immediately for both the Netgear WNR3500v2 and ASUS RT-N12. Both of them worked fabulously for a few weeks-months, then began crapping out consistently. I think I may have bricked the ASUS while the Netgear just drops signal strength every few days. Our first router was an Airlink 101 802.11G MIMO unit that had good range and throughput and never dropped a connection, but REFUSES to work the moment I change any of the firmware settings. This means it can only operate without a password, which is unacceptable. Right now we're back on wired + D-Link DIR-655 (it works again) at home but I wouldn't be surprised if it's only temporary. And the other DIR-655 I use in my apartment requires a simple plugout/plugin every few hours when the signal completely disappears. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if my next router sprouted legs, walked up to me, and slapped my face.

I think you may want to consider improving the cooling in the router. If your network handles constant load those little ramsinks may do the trick. What a pain though!

I just had to moralize something that probably won't happen again anytime soon.

This happened at 6:30 PM tonight but I suspect Jeppzer will return to #1 at tonight's final stats.
