Hello everyone I have found a Corsair Raptor m30 the original cables have gone kaput so I've decided to change the cables with an old Dell mouse that I found but the problem is that cables are colour coded differently and I have tried a couple of combinations but no luck. Thankfully Corsair was kind enough to label the functions of each color coded wires but Dell wasn't. The Dell wire colors are thick black, black, green white and red.

Dell uses the usual color code for usb cables.
Explaination is in the op:

Quote:
The internal plug contains 5 cables with crimps. This cables connects your mice with the USB port.
It contains:
black - ground
green - data+
white - data -
red - 5volt
thick black - shield

Just wanted to add an entry to this thread, I noticed the Rival 106 was not listed and since I opened mine up today to fix the sensor lens rattle and paracord it, I took a photo of the pin/wire arrangement. Here it is in case you want to add it to the main post @CeeSA
