Per Logitech's website:
-G903 is 3g heavier, 0.3mm longer, 0.5mm narrower, and 0.4mm taller than G900.
-G703 is 0.2g heavier and the same dimensions as the G403.

I wonder if the "Lightspeed" wireless fixes the skipped polling rates that we see with the G900 and G403. If not, really the only reason to upgrade to the G903/G703 from the G900/G403 is if you want to use that tiny wireless charging mat.

It's the same wireless as in G900 and G403.

Mouse pad that takes up a USB port and doesn't even have RGB Christmas lights? 0/10.

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that the comfort of a Logitech shape, is inversely proportional to the R&D put into its making.

It could have updated firmware that removes the skipped polling rates. As far as I understand it, the G900/G403 could also be updated for this as well. I'm just wondering if that is the difference that has led them to push this new "Lightspeed" branding.

what mice are actually affected by this skipped reports?should be only wireless, right? Cause I just tested on a g403 and my plot looked normal, no skips.

Also if this only affects g403/g900 wireless, does it affect them only in wireless or also wired?

I used to play with a g900 some time ago, but I did not notice any strange behaviour tbh...

Only in wireless mode. There's a skip roughly every 1000ms I think.

I believe they said G900/G403 wireless polling was like that to save battery. That's probably not necessary with this system but I don't think it's a big deal either way.

mouse: Razer Viper
mousepad: ASUS ROG Scabbard
keyboard: Corsair K70 Rapidfire
monitor: Alienware AW2518HF
headphones: Sennheiser HD 800 S

Even if it doesn't come with a smaller battery which it sounds like it doesn't, you can probably find a suitable replacement that weighs less and do it yourself.

That stiff cord will handicap you considerably more than wireless polling.
