Good thing we have 2 week of return policy in the Netherlands so it doesn't cost me a single dime, I purchased with Afterpay option too so it costs me zero bucks if it turns out to be the wrong package :-)
Did you get it yet? If not, please show some pictures of it on your desk the moment you take it out of the box.

Not needed. Multiple companies f'ckn up already as expected, including local retailers here. "Mhh, we don't know why you got a rolled one" after I specifically asked if it contained the new flat revision or the old rolled one.

Even Zowie/BenQ and their Marketing companies that told me we 'from now on sell them flat' have no clue where I can actually buy them. Great marketing right there!

Then they redirect me to MaxGaming, yeah they must have it! Pm'ing them, no they do not.

What a bunch of amateuristic crap, I've had 10/15 correspondence sessions so far with different sources, and everyone is at the wrong end and contradicting each other.

Sickening really, this really makes me mad. I have the received pad rolled up in reverse in the box, 2 days later the edges still wont lay flat of course. (Already creased in it too) I'm returning this garbage.

FYI I order one from zowiedirect.com (US) last week and it came rolled up. Even though the picture on their website shows a flat box it still came rolled up. I tried the ironing method and one side still will not lay flat.

I got this info from benq eu:

Thank you for contacting BenQ.

Regarding your query, there is no an official release date of the new version for the European market yet. We estimate mid-2018 the product will be available. I would recommend you to stay tuned to our social media platforms and official site.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Edson

Bought a PTF-X from Amazon US and the pad arrived rolled up as expected.

Double sided tape works wonders.
