i was using in chronological order: G9, mamba, deathadder 3.5g, G400, WMO, zowie FK rev 1, kinzu rev1, kana v2, kinzuadder, G303, aurora, intellimouse 3.0, zowie EC2-A, G9x

I guess trying all those other mouses proved somewhat futile.

Why don't you just buy valkyrie pro mouse from taobao? It has Exactly same shell as G9X with slight difference(It has smaller feet size, doesn't have infinite scroll and more light.

it seems good, but it has a different sensor placement.
