Thanks mate, gave it go but no good. BUT...straight after in frustration I found the problem! Opened up the mouse and found the pcb was not sitting flat inside the shell lol. There are two clips at the back that hold it down flat against the base and my pcb was just sitting on top of them instead of clipped under. Problem solvered!

did you have to destroy the feet to open it up ?
Edit: NVM i can see the clips through the holes i got a fine screwdriver and checked to see if the PCB was clipped in which it was so all good

update on my first impressions:
I returned both because of the button design (right mouse button rubbing against the ringfinger when pressing it).
Already got my money back (caseking.de has good customer service).

Like the mouse. My scroll wheel click sticks though. Also can't go back to wired. Wireless was a big game changer for me

I got a replacement sent out for my original problem (stiff right click) and my replacement has much better right click, but the Mouse4 shell issue is far more sensitive on my replacement. On my original, I had to push really hard on the sidewall a certain spot to actuate M4, but my replacement requires much less force, so I can see it being a valid complaint for some people that use aggressive grips. Personally doesn't bother me on either copy I had the issue with.

Now I hope they make a shorter version, or something comparable to the G100s, but I have a feeling they're just going to copy Zowie shapes with their own small adjustments. Apparently they're releasing 3 more mice and possibly wireless.

I am really hoping they come out with a slightly longer and taller version. ~.5cm added to the height and length and maybe even the width this would be perfect for me. As it stands my pinky finger drags nowhere near as bad as with the G502 but still it touches the pad during normal usage, which annoys me to no end. *le sigh*

Is it just mine or did anyone else's feet get scratchy with use? Mine were pretty smooth at first (though not as glidy as my Corepads), but gradually worsened.

Yeah same here. I'm getting used to playing with the mouse but I get the same thing where my pinky is dragging on the mouse pad. I feel like this mouse is more of a medium size mouse. I'm hoping one of the 4 models will be a slightly larger right handed ergo shape with 80g or less weight.
