Poor Nixeus, Logitech is blatantly copying their mouse shell design... oh wait LOL

Looks like Logitech wants to stay very close to the original design.

No seperated mouse buttons like the Nixeus, logo in the same old style and coating looks similar to G400 (maybe the top is glossy??).

Wondering if Logitech has change anything from the original except the sensor.

I was hoping for a more modernized version with the same shape.

On the picture it's the new logo though, the old one was more rounded off.

The OLD Logo was far better looking.

Hope this new one doesn't go into RGB lighting territory. That would indeed bring it down into infantile ecstasy, for those who worship that sort of thing.

Hope Logitech sticks to the Original design with no upgrades other than the sensor, switches and scroll wheel encoder.

Yes, it's the new logo. I was expecting something like the G305 or the new RGB logo.

I remember this old style logo fading with time and become an ugly circle.

Exactly. And maybe some improved coating plus lower weight.

Why is everyone mentioning Nixeus btw? The Revel is nothing like the 518

Nixeus were making a MX518 clone called the "Revel Fit", although with Logitech re-releasing the MX518 I doubt sales of the Fit will be as expected.

Should've gone for the G100s clone

Oh ****! I just looked at it. It looks like it could be a cool alternative. Let's see how they both turn out! What a time to be alive.. just 1-2years ago we prayed for this moment, now there isn't only one, but TWO mx518 successors out there!

So the Revel Fit comes out 30.10, at least that is when its in stock on maxgaming. (link https://www.maxgaming.com/gaming-mic...ctpage-nosto-4)
You think Logitech will try to beat them out on it?
