How does the Kana shape differ from Rival 100/110?

So how's this different to the 110

I really wish companies would realise smaller != cheap. I'd pay $150 again gladly for a 110 sized GProW.

slightly different shape-wise, no textured rubber side grips.
the hump is more forward on the 105 (and likely 106 as well since it's similar looking).

Hump seems to be slightly bigger/bulkier on the Rival 105/106 compared to the OG Kana. If anybody has both a comparison would be highly appreciated.

Mice currently owned: Logitech G402/G403/G303/G Pro, Zowie FK1/EC2-A/EC2-B/ZA12, Razer Deathadder 2013/Basilisk, Cooler Master Mastermouse S/MM530/MM520, Roccat Kone Pure Owl-Eye, Dream Machines DM1 Pro S/FPS/DM3 mini, EVGA Torq X3/X5, Ninox Venator, HP Omen 600, Thermaltake Ventus X RGB Optical/Ventus R, Microsoft WMO, Steelseries Rival 310, Nixeus Revel, Ozone Neon M50

105 and 106 are different mice (similar design), 106 will be released early next year
