Top 5 according to who? Random review site that had no clue about mouse technology? Very good demonstration of judgement on your part. I'll remember that next time I take the time to write a post like that. Have fun with your 200g potato and failed tech.

so in your opinion, Tech companies that review PC hardware for a living, don't know what they are doing. thank you so much for that enlightening view point of yours. by the way their is no shortage of great reviews for this mouse. as I can literally post hundreds of them. if you would like to continue, the next set of postings will be the gaming mouse roundups from 2012 to 2018.

I have noticed over the years that I will palm a mouse surfing the net or playing low stess games. In a stressful situation I switch to claw more. During long gaming sessions my hand would start to ache. I was using the MX 518 and realized the rear end of the mouse was too large. I switched to the CM Xornet and really loved the shape but I noticed a lag that was effecting my performance. Now I use the Logitech Pro with the Logitech charging mat so I never have to worry about charging the mouse. Yes, it was expensive. The light weight, smaller mice are what I found helps my hands even though I am 6ft tall and pretty large hands.

if I looked at this reviews ... yeah ... it seems they're not rly deep into mice ...
the new Versions of the RAT Mice , after their death and now reboot , has all good sensors ... so they're now for some people a good choice ...

THIS exactly this.

I only notice mouse issues when I'm fighting for my life.

I just ordered the G900 to play around with. I'll probably just order a G602 if I don't like the ambi.

you are absolutely right. reviewing hardware for living does not require you to be an expert in everything.
in some of those reviews they actually state that they are no mouse experts, nor do they assess performance.

I've just found out that it has laser sensor too. it is amazing how bad this mouse was 8 years ago (bottom 5 mice in the world worthy).

it is a ****ty brick (that you happen to like)

what can I say, except that I guess that I care more about how well something functions, and how long it lasts. while you seem more concerned with your charts, and graphs. well good luck with that, and I hope it helps you to find a good mouse. like the one I own, that still works after 7 years, just as good as the day I got it.

Do you understand that your judgement is absolutely irrelevant here, since you owned one mouse for the past 7 years?
I went through dozens of them, I have a dozen right now and among those dozens I had any issues (e.g. double clicking developing over time) on maybe 2-3 at most.
Which means all of them are top tier mice according to your low standard. But they also happen to be comfortable, have divine tracking capabilities, design and weight. Which you never tried yourself to be able to say what is good and what is bad.

Every product (even ****ty ones) will have a customer base, I'm not surprised that alien design of rat mice got them selling at some point.

well that would be a no.
I buy a mouse, and use it, until it fails, than I buy another mouse. In my life, I have owned a total of 15 mice, 14 of them have failed in 3 to 4 years, the RAT9 is the first one that has lasted for 7 years now. does that help to clear things up for you, and no I don't have dozens of functioning mice sitting in a box somewhere, like you seem to. apparently you have had to buy a lot of different mice, just to find one that works for you. I am happy that that this method has work for you, and I am sure that you have learned a lot about mice, through such a process. so when my RAT9 does fail. I will start a thread here, and ask what mouse you guys feel is a good mouse, one that functions well, and will last for a decent amount of time.
