Well I still can't get an answer that makes sense from Hyperglide. I previously said to them that despite what he told me (all Hyperglides are grey except MS-3) there appears to be mostly white samples out there regardless of the model, and that even the photos on their website are showing white skates. I provided a bunch of example images as attachments.
5 days went by with no reply so I politely asked again. This morning I got a slightly rude reply saying that he doesn't wish to comment and that I shouldn't be questioning the quality of their product...
I'm not necessarily saying they are faulty at this point because I just don't know. They very well could be fine. But I just want to understand why they are like this so I can know for sure. Giving an answer that contradicts the facts and deliberately avoiding further explanation just makes it look more suspicious... I wonder if he just doesn't know why they are grey..
