Artisan pad lost stickiness?

Title. did it happen to any of you? Mousepad isn't even 1 year old but it doesn't glue to the desk anymore.

Could it be? Pad got dirty with thermal paste but cleaned like 2-3 times after that... i rubbed a soap table on both sides and washed with hot water....

My Artisan FX pads never stuck to my desk at all haha. I just used some really thin double sided tape, cut four short strips and put them under the corners. Mine are the FX Hien Mid and FX Zero Mid.

Primary System Specs: Lian Li PC-O11 DX - ROG Maximus XI Formula - Watercooled Intel 9900k (4.9Ghz) - Watercooled RTX 2080 Ti FE - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200Mhz CL16 32GB - Corsair RM1000i PSU - Samsung 970 EVO 2TB NVME SSD

Secondary System Specs: Fractal Design Define S2 - ROG Maximus X Code - Watercooled Intel 8700k (5Ghz) - Watercooled Strix GTX 1080Ti OC - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200Mhz CL16 16GB - Seasonic X-1050W PSU - Intel 600P NVME SSD

mine doesn't stick at all if it's dry, but if I use a cloth that's been dipped in water to make the desk a little bit moist, it sticks like glue.
so there's something about moisture that makes the pads very sticky...

I have a Raiden FX XSoft and it sticks like mad to anything, even to a bloody fridge vertically.

My MID FX Hien slides around like crazy, but my 2 Soft pads (Kou and Hayate Otsu) stick to my desk like glue. It might have to do with mid pads.
