Windows 7&10 Accel (EPP)

I have windows 7 now and i use windows accel EPP in games. I want to go to W10. I know that EPP in W10 works differently. Is it possible to make EPP run as W7 through the registry. Sorry for my English

I have a friend who has unwittingly been playing with W10 mouse accel for a few months, surprisingly he seemed to have adapted to it and became quite good. When he found out W10 EPP was on, he immediately turned it off and has been relearning his aiming technique from the ground up. Initially, he was much worse with EPP off! I'm waiting to see if there is some consistency to EPP, or if his variance in skill level is due to him redeveloping his muscle memory (he is in the top 1% of apex players EPP on). I do not know if there is a way to mimic W7 EPP on W10; but from my knowledge W7 EPP severely affects aiming technique is very difficult to find consistency). I haven't yet educated myself on the differences between W7 and W10 EPP, wasn't aware there was any differences.
