I'm looking at the videos now at 0.25x speed 60 FPS, and I can see the delay on the 2nd video, but I'm having a hard time comparing it to the 1st video because the hand is almost entirely cropped out. So, it's hard for me to tell if that delay is also present in the 1st video.

Youtube is cutting video quality on their side of things at the moment. Noticed last night some of the videos from my favorites had suddenly gotten awful pixel-ly from one day to the next. :\

AFAIK it's due to the current crisis.
so it turns out no, youtube can not run crysis.

got it.

upload it to pornhub, they still stream HD vids.

Remember the golden rule of statistics: A personal sample size of one is a sufficient basis upon which to draw universal conclusions.

If you need help: Upload the computer to Dropbox and provide a link to it so others may download it to examine and give advice for repairs.

K here's a video with my hand in it, same map and area in-game on circuit 1 which is currently behaving well, no significant de-sync for comparison.

Have you tried using a mousepad?

I'm using a mousepad, it's as big as my desk (HyperX XLRG). The sound you're hearing is the braided cable scuffing the monitor stand, hard to record hand and monitor at the same time

The questions I have are:

Did you take the panel cover off and place a clamp meter around the wire at the breaker to check for load?
What's the voltage, neutral to hot under load? Is there a voltage drop compared to no load?

What happens when you don't use the UPS?
How many times did you power down and test again? Could it have been a one time fluke?

And my other question, if every thing is fine in your office, what possessed you to plug your system into an outlet in the hallway?
