can't install sweetlow mouse overclocking software

So I'm following this guide:
https://www.ingeniumweb.com/blog/pos...-a-mouse/3742/

But once I install the "HIDUSBF.INF" file, windows comes up and says

basically the sweetflow certificate I installed doesn't seem to have worked? Any idea how to get it to work?

EDIT: not sure what I've done specifically, but I tried installing HDUSBF.INF after restarting my PC and it didn't come up with the error anymore, however continuing with the guide, the USBmouseRate.exe didn't work so I tried Setup.exe, however upon restarting I can't use my mouse anymore and it only works if I disable driver signature enforcement everytime I start windows. Anyone know how to fix this?

I managed to get it fixed by using sweetlow's github to get the newest updated drivers instead.
