Logitech MX Master 3 Driver(s)

I bought the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse a few months ago and love it. I've been using it a lot more than my trusty old Razer Mamba Chroma mouse which has started to show signs of schizophrenia and erratic behavior (lel).

The thing is, I can't find the "official" driver(s) for the MX Master 3! The Support page on Logitech's website only has an option for something called "Logitech Options" which is just some bloatware garbage. I installed it and found that you can modify/edit the buttons on the mouse and customize the scroll wheel etc. However, Device Manager still shows the driver as "Microsoft" and dated "06/21/2006" - aka the 'generic device driver' in Windows. Device Manager is also showing "HID Compliant Mouse" and not the name of the actual device!

Now, the mouse works fine and is great but this lack of official driver is triggering my OCD.
