Logitech G29 Calibration issue

On my 3rd G29 all have had an issue with loosing calibration after re-starting my PC. They all would pull to the right after PC start-up, re-calibration fixes it until next PC re-start.

The first two were replaced under warranty and the issue went away for about a year than came back. This new replacement (3rd) does it right out of the box.

Windows 10 Home
Have two PC's all units do the same on both PCs with every G29 tried.
Latest drivers and firmware. Removed and reinstalled many times.
