Im using a 220V version of this ups on one of my Ryzen systems and works well even when the system is fully loaded gaming. Power loss is quite frequent in the area where i live. Been serving for more than three years now.

I recommend it.

It will. However not for very long, especially under load.
If you are always there however and need 3-4 minutes to just save your work and shut it down,it will be okay.

^this. That should work. I also have an APC UPS. A 650VA that allows a system to shutdown properly even at full load. It has an intel i7 2700K stock and a GTX 1050 in it. So, with your system spec that APC should hold up. The battery on mine did not last though. Thankfully it was easy to find and replace.
