Wall Mount Recommendations

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but I didn't see anywhere else that might be appropriate...

I need a recommendation on a wall mount to mount a Q80R SAMSUNG TV. I need it to swivel in all four directions, tilt, and have a sliding feature on the mount. In addition, it would be great if it was compatible for 16 and 24 inch studs. It's not required but it would be nice if it had a covering system of some kind to cover the bolts in the wall.

What can you guys recommend that hopefully wouldn't break the bank? I saw one locally that did all of this, but it was 450 dollars. Surely there has to be something online that is cheaper that does the same thing.

I have been using this to hold up my 65" plasma TV for years. Just use lag bolts into the studs of the wall and you will be fine.
