Given the sample rate on power consumption - about once per second - it's difficult to see where efficiency lies exactly.
It seemed like it was a 65W chip, where the full powered chip will be 95W or 105W. Just like the lower powered 65W 8 core, then the full wattage TDP on 2000 and 1000 series.
