So now all RTX cards catch on fire?

There's enough weird culty behavior from AMD fans that actively seeking negative information about Nvidia is lucrative. The story about a 2080Ti posted to [H]ardOCP, a site which is undeniably pro-AMD, that had caught fire. This was picked up by the press because Novideo bad... Except the fire was near a passive component rather than silicon, implying the cause was due to a vendor-agnostic short circuit rather than anything Nvidia or EVGA had done.

Well it certainly comes with space invaders.

HARDOCP doesn't care about this or that brand IMHO and that's one of the good things about it. Where as many other sites have deals and NDAs and so on with some company so they can get their "free" samples and launch reviews "first" for higher profit from clicks on ads.

What's the difference between partner cards? VRM power capacity, VRM control ability which often is limited by silicon anyway on Nvidia, and cooler heat dissipation.
