Yeah, the explanation makes a lot more sense than the rumored product.


We are getting close to July, I'm hoping to start seeing some juicy review leaks here pretty soon. I really want to see a 3700x on a x570 taichi with 4 ram sticks.

I love how they only took the one game that showed huge improvements vs the 2700x (from that Spanish site)! Pretty sure there is something wrong with their bench though; a 2700x should be doing better than that in FC5.

Boo to the 3 month game pass

The results look promising to me, should be quite satisfactory once a bit of overclocking is applied to the low clocks of the 3600.

The fact that it matches it in most of the games on the original site is awesome, lets not forget that it's a $200 6 core vs a $330 8 core.


FWIW, my overclocked (4.0/3200mhz) 2700x can only do around 110fps in far cry 5, if they are running it stock with stock memory speeds then an avg in the 90's seems reasonable.
