C16 is good, which your RAM is at already so that should be easy. You might be able to tighten up your timings a bit further?

Before 3200C14 timings were benchmarking better now at least 3600C16 is better

The new bios required for this 9940x really sucks and can't change it or flash back no other bios work at all on it.

On 7900x all was good memory wise at stock 3600C16 timings.
