I would have never bought one if it didn't have FP64=1/4.

Well...looks like with the release of Xbox Series X specs, an 80CU Big Navi is looking more and more realistic (If you take into account the whole XSX SoC die is 360mm2), and with AMD's claims of 50% perf per watt (which seems plausible if you take the recent magic they worked with the Renoir Vega based APU's into account), clocks of 2.2Ghz out of Sony's 36CU RDNA 2.0 based GPU, coupled with 3.6-3.8Ghz Zen 2 8c16t CPU's and 16GB of ram within a 250W power package, and if you've watched Coreteks latest video, its quite possible that RDNA 2.0 is in fact on 7nmEUV...I'm pretty sure RDNA 2.0 desktop dGPU's are going to be pretttty impressive.

And people were telling me to lower my expectations 9 months ago in this thread, when I predicted most of this stuff, when in actuality its looking like the majority of my expectations are being exceeded.

I'm gonna make a quick prediction:

RX6500XT, 52CU, 2.3Ghz+-, blower fan, 6gb of gddr6 (slower clocked stuff)= 2070 level of performance.
RX6600XT, 56CU, 2.2Ghz+-, blower fan, 8gb of gddr6 (slower clocked stuff) = 2070S/2080 level of performance.
RX6700, 60CU, 2.1Ghz+-, new dual-axial fan cooler, 8gb of gddr6 = 2080S+ level of performance.
RX6700XT, 64CU 2Ghz+-, new dual-axial fan cooler, 8gb of gddr6 (higher clocked stuff) = 2080ti+ level of performance.
RX6800, 72CU 1.9Ghz+-, new dual axial fan cooler, 16gb of HBM2 (possibly less vram) = 30% over 2080ti.
RX6800XT, 80CU 1.8Ghz+-, AIO, 16gb of HBM2E halo card, 40% over a 2080ti, trading blows with "rtx3090" tier card.

My guess is the line-up will be something like this.
(Sorry for the necro).

CPU
2700X (4.3GHz All-Core).

Hard Drive
Samsung 970 Evo 240GB M.2 NVME (OS Drive), Kingston 500GB SSD, Seagate Ironwolf 6TB HDD (StoreMI, 250GB SSD Partition+2GB RAM fast cache).
Power Supply
Silverstone 850W Strider Plus.
Cooling
Custom water-loop in the works.
Case
Silverstone FT02.
Operating System
Windows 10 1903.
Monitor

So if they are being exceeded where is the hardware, got it in your hands?
It's easy to speculate what may be.
Even when AMD finally launches a lot of people who wanted that higher performance already owns 2080/Ti. And there aren't that many Polaris/Vega AMD fanboys to jump up to newer Navi.
Plus NV is ready to compete in advance, waiting for AMD's move as always otherwise they keep milking old cards as long as they can for moar profit.

Modded power play tables and a 2000+mhz overclock on Navi 20, should put out some pretty impressive performance figures, I'm predicting.
You mean one game with a giant overclock.

Lower your expectations.
