Im itching to get off my 1080ti but it will all come down to pricing.

Even if the 3080 is like 800+ dollars it will be a hard sell for me. Depends on performance as well.

4080ti or bust. new goal, like I had from GK >> pascal

5900xt should be pretty epic though.

i'm trying to not spend a dime until we see intel's first hand.

If something appears too good to be true, it probably is.
Best R0ach Quote of all time : TLDR: Haswell might be the last legit gaming platform unless mice get their own non-USB interface on some newer architecture.

So, when are you planning to get married next?

#2 their debt is insane, even for a "diverse field" company. They cannot even afford to service the debt maintenance let alone make an actual dent in the debt itself. - Internet Stranger

Same here. Giving away my 2080 as soon as top Ampere is out. Need a card that can handle Cyberpunk 2077 at 4k and hopefully with RTX on baby. It's going to be glorious.

Makes me wonder what AMD has planned for their laptop GPU in the future. Nvidia always has full fledged performance options and I expect 3000 series for lappy's but AMD not so much.

They have plenty of people who can't wait to spend that much, so it's fine. They don't need plebs like me, lol.
That's the attitude that I adopted.

I will get a card that is 3x the performance of Fury for the $300, or I simply won't be buying any more cards.

Be honest, behind the facade of those things, the real priority is just screwing everyone over in the name of obscene profit & delaying any kind of backlash as long as possible. That's the real world.

that actually doesn't seem like a lot to ask. 5700xt keeps up with / beats 1080ti here & there for $400.

full line refresh.

poor super buyers, shortest lifespan GPU of the bunch. They'll rage like 780 kids right before maxwell. (then be thankful their 780 at least doesn't have 3.5gb memory)
