Hopefully with their CES keynote about to kick off, we'll find something out. I really hope they release useful info.

Every year, peeps hope for a 1080Ti/2080Ti counterpart, and out of season next zen info, and every year it doesn't happen. At least when it does happen everyone will hopefully have low enough expectations to get ecstatic Be happy for news before computex and a launch there about, ...

Also hate to break it to you guys, but due to the increased focus on the CPU side, and ability/decision to take any hit on the GPU side AMD will almost certainly wait out Nvidia and let them launch their next GPUs so that they can match prices, they've been doing it for a while, they're in a unique position to continue to do so, and they're not gonna stop now.

Glad to be of service xD, I was a dreamer as well, CES 2018,2019, and both times no, or almost no news, and similar time frames for ~computex.

Just adjusted my expectations based on 2 consecutive years of the same outcome, now 3rd year in a row.

Similarly with actual clocks, one of my main reasons to pull the gun and get a first gen ryzen back in 2017 was expecting that, oh well even if the clocks, raw performance, and OC headroom aren't there, I'll just plug a ryzen 3000 in 2019 and be golden.

However, as we all know, that didn't pan out, the whole series doesn't have that much OC headroom in the ~$250 range, the raw performance of the 3600 is better, but below my expectations, It just isn't worth it to change a 1600. So I'm being optimistic for 4600

Well, u at least still have 4600 to look forward too. Not the same case for 7600K users. Also Zen2 just came out. AMD needs to sell before they mention anything zen3 and from the looks of things, they will most likely do zen3 18 months after zen2 so the end of 2020.
