This is logical (Not 100% right) but logical, Looks like AMD is planning to release the higher end zen 3 cpus first so what should they do for people that dont really wanna wait? better silicon on zen 2 with lower price. (And maybe better infinity fabric clocks?)

This is not 100% correct, tsmc works together with their big customers to refine the nodes - not sure if they share them after - but contrary to the rest of its customers AMD has tons of fabrication related patents/IP.
