Returns On Samsung Tablets
I bought a Samsung Tab 5Se from Samsung Store. Tab seems to be working good and I used to do my routine work on the tab such as accessing the company data and using different features of the Tab. The tab started giving a message "No internet Connection" when I would try to access company data over the net and it was frustrating for me. I had a high-speed internet plan and then also it provided me a message no internet. I was worried and I came to know that there was an issue with the WiFi connection of my tablet.
My one of the friend suggests me to return it back to Samsung Store. I was surprised hearing it and laugh at him that we cannot return it back. He told me that we can return it back to any Samsung store and said to me to go through Samsung Return Policy
and also added saying that as per Samsung Return Policy you can return it within 30 days of purchas
