Guys just as Info, many 144hz 24" TN Displays are using this Panel (Because there only two 120hz who can deliver 144hz (And thats in my Eyes the maximum, better to use native 120hz.
Overclock as said here decreases allmost all things).

AUO M240HW01 V8

That is :

Acer XB240H, XB241h
Asus VG248Q, MG248, PG248 and maybe others
AOC g2460Pg, G2460PF
BenQ : XL2411Z, XL2420(t/z/g), XL2430T

These are the Models listed by tftcentral, i added the BenQ XL 2430, MG248 and PG248

And i bet all are having same Issues.
.......

PS: I'm sure that the 25" AUO M250HTN01.2 240Hz is not much better.

Just a old gaming Guy.

I wasn't going to post this until after the fact, but I'm getting ready to go pick up my AOC G2460PG. I should be able to tell you all what I think in about 1 hour. The reason I'm posting now is, I think this monitor uses that same panel. Only, I don't care right now; I need to try it to see what I think of what AOC has done with it. I already paid for it, it's waiting for me at the store.

I already went through the XB241H. I have the ASUS PG248Q right now and I really don't like it.

I plan to buy the announced Asus (or from whatever manufacturer that has the best composition, so to say, then) 4K 144Hz monitor (https://youtu.be/D6AUn5hHg-A?t=4), is probably going to be released end of this year or next year.

BTW I am currently using a 15 inch 4K laptop display (http://www.ebay.com/itm/DisplayPort-DP-Board-15-6inch-3840x2160-4K-UHD-LCD-LP156UD1-SPB1-Matte-/191975489121?hash=item2cb2a17e61) as a monitor, super sharp haha!

I picked up the monitor, but I decided that I need to eat before I take down the PG248Q and set up the G2460PG. I'm on empty here and I'm really feeling it. It'll be a few hours because I need some rest.

How safe it is to run this monitor in OC mode as 180hz? Does it degrade monitor longetivity quicker?
