I wouldn't be surprised if this release cycle was worse. It was so difficult to get those monitors but I was able to cop 3 for some 144Hz G-Sync Surround madness! biggrin.gif

If this monitor makes it to market this year, I'd be amazed. rolleyes.gif

Guess now I'll need to buy a 2K gsync monitor. Been waiting for this instead. Stupid.

I love my C7 OLED....but was missing Gsync & high refresh badly.....so I picked up a PG278QR two weeks ago. I have tried literally every gaming display (from OCd catleaps to 165hz IPS to all of the ultrawides) and while this 8QR has its TN drawbacks....dang it is the absolute best gaming display I have ever owned. I actually like it better than my FW900....then again my FW900 is really old and on its last legs redface.gif

Looks like I will have to be using it much longer than planned mad.gif

Yeah like a really bad song on the radio that the station keeps repeating and repeating.
In time you find yourself tapping your foot and singing along.
It's like being programed.

Was just about to pull the trigger on this panel. Did you have any dead pixels or backlight bleed issues?

Typical NVIDIA vapor ware. Lmao delayed until March 2018 at the latest. That's assuming there aren't further delays ?

I really liked the PG278QR. If it just did not use that dreadful aggressive coating. If it used a lite mate panel,
I would never visit these forums again until OLED monitors where out, hehe
