New announced high refresh IPS monitor like XV272UP feature Innolux panel ?

Some months ago Acer announced new lineup of high refresh rate monitors:
https://www.kitguru.net/peripherals/...nc-and-g-sync/

There are 4k 144Hz models and 1440p 144Hz ones, like the Nitro XV272U P- IPS, WQHD, 144Hz, DCI-P3 95%.

I assumed that these models will use new or revised panels from the manufacturer AU optronics, but i found a screenshot from the OSD from the Nitro XV272U which seems to be available in china already.

Looks like it uses the following Innolux panel: http://www.panelook.com/M270KCJ-K7B_...iew_34239.html

Anyway, i thought it is pretty exciting if it is true, maybe in a few months these models will be available in the west, and we will get some new high refresh rate IPS models that use panels from a different manufacturer then AUO which will hopefully improve on certain aspects.

That's good news if true. Then we'll have the LG panels, so high refresh IPS would jump from this total AUO monopoly to 3 manufacturer competition.

Any news on this panel?
Seems like there re 2 new 1440p 144hz models and both are freesync and have backlight strobing.

One is XV272UP (or XV272U no idea) - and according to only this one user on reddit uses innolux
Other is VG270UP (U is 75hz I think) - Good review here https://4k-monitor.ru/reviews/obzor_acer_nitro_vg270up/

Really interested in this monitor (XV272UP). You got IPS, 144Hz, 1ms, DCI P3 95% and an ergonomic stand (although I'd probably get a VESA arm the stand takes a lot of space). However, it does seem too good to be true. Sure, this will be a beast concerning gaming (provided they have fixed the AMD Freesync Overdrive). However, with the DCI P3 95% (which surely cannot be true as some of the DCI P3 90% Dell monitors are measured as closer to 75%) and everything, it almost seems as they are marketing this as a good monitor for other things as well as gaming. I would imagine the Acer QC and the poor panel uniformity will, again, become an issue.

I'm currently shopping for a 27" IPS mixed-use monitor for a gaming mini-PC and while I'd love to get one of these Acers, I'm probably playing it safe and getting a Dell (S2719DC). I even asked a Youtuber whose go-to monitor is XF270HUA for advice and he said that based on his reviews, if the monitor is not purely for gaming, he'd go for Dell as well.
