27" 1440p, 144Hz, IPS, G-Sync Monitor

Hi all,
Just wanted to get some help and opinions on the best monitor to purchase based on the above requirements.
I've got a 1080 TI FTW3 and will be looking to upgrade from my current BenQ 24" 144Hz monitor.
Having had the taste of playing on a 144Hz monitor, I can't go back to anything lower.
Therefore, I'll need something that's:
1) 144 Hz & above
2) 27"
3) 1440p minimum
4) Ideally not curved
5) G Sync
6) Below $800 AUD preferably
A current shortlist of monitors I'm quite interested in:
- AOC AGON AG271QG
- ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q
- Viewsonic XG2703-GS
- Dell S2716DG
- Acer Predator XB271HU
Anyonr have any experience with the monitors listed above? Any other recommendations?
Cheers

The XB271HU seems to be the least prone to BLB out of all the AHVA models, but the XG2703-GS is the easiest to calibrate close enough to reference at the hardware level and has very good overdrive throughout the VRR range. I'd choose from those 2.

Of course, there's still the S2716DG, but that's TN - not quite comparable to the above mentioned. You'll have to figure out what kind of panel tech you really want. I've actually tried the S2417DG before settling on my Viewsonic, but I couldn't deal with the downsides of TN (and other flaws particular to the Dell models). That's my experience, but others' will vary.

Holy cow most +27" w/G-sync and 144Hz are more expensive than cheapest rtx 2070

And all for what, some little chip that NV sells ?? IDK how it works yet, besides milking fools like me.

How did NV talk monitor makers, into selling g-sync monitors at 2x the price of freesync ? I've never tried 4k or +60Hz. Add in the various display types, glossy/matte, response times......I have a whole nother pile of research to catch up on.

No way am I spending more on a monitor than a GPU, G.D. NV

I'd love to know the hardware/software hacking to get around this, but if I did it, it would never pass warranty again, and when stuff costs +400USD, a warranty is well worth it.
