Planar IX2790 5K Over 1 DP Cable! $939

This monitor does 5k over a single dp cable @ 60hz 5K 5120x2880 5k is very playable for pc gaming right now with the rtx titan coming this would be a perfect stop gap while we wait on more 8k monitors to release.

27" - This is turning to a bad joke. I don't consider anything below 32" a viable monitor option these days and I don't mean to turn to 40" but 27" No thanks, I've been using a 30" display for ages before I turn to a 32" 4K.

Better panels>more pixels
Should sell like hotcakes though. Slap some G Sync and some LEDs on it and it'll be worth twice as much.
