I think it's called Pavilion 27 and it's coming soon but the specs aren't really exciting. I think it was PLS too.

edit: found the product sheet. https://press.ext.hp.com/content/dam...4_12-19-18.pdf

It's actually QHD, nvm. QDoG is still cool though.

Well PLS is Samsung and Quantum Dots are often also Samsung, so it's fairly safe to say the panel comes from Samsung. I don't know if HP ever made a single panel ever, I don't know any monitor of theirs that would have HP panel, they don't make that kind of stuff. Often use LG or Samsung IPS/PLS, at times even both for a single monitor model.
60Hz and 700:1 contrast is a butchery!

A Chinese BOE IPS-ADS is 1350:1 and at least sold with 75Hz.

QD on the panel should bring better viewing angles and possibly improve response times but who knows what type of QD on panel they used and how it will look in motion.

Although not a gaming monitor (not that I game much if any) I a really glad I grabbed a BenQ SW320 and I am really enjoying it so far..I was sick of waiting...It does exactly what I want it to do calibration wise and for my casual gaming it is also great. In the future I will get another 4K monitor since now I am spoiled and want to replace my second display (24" 1080p Samsung IPS) with another 32" 4K but I am not in a hurry.

But the truth is that we are still not that close to great 32" 4K HDR, 144/120HZ panels that don't cost $3K...
