Help! Monitor for PHoto Editing & Gaming ~ 27 Inch

I'm really out of the loop on what tech and specs I need for a great monitor in 2019. My sig rig is out of date, but I have a GTX 1070, and a Dell 24.5 inch IPS (U2417H) and BenQ 24 inch 144hz Monitor (xl2420z).

My current photo and video workflow heavily uses two monitors and I'm not able to get consistent enough results (colorwise) between the two monitors. I also have not gamed as much recently because I've moved the orientation of the benq for my workflow. I'd really like a 27 inch panel with low response rate/refresh rate (doesn't need to be 1ms) but also has the best possible sRGB coverage. Ideally this monitor would do 80-120hz too. Does anything exist under $600 thats also not 1080p?

27 inch
IPS like colors
lower refresh rate (under 3ms?)
97+ sRGB coverage
Under $600?

Thank you so much in advance.
