Need recomendations for a confrence room TV/Monitor/Projector

I took over doing the IT for a local company on the side, and they want me to install a confrence room TV to share spreadsheets and maps and the like for tracking clients. Everyone in the office needs to see it, but its a small office so anything as small as a 55 inch should be fine.

My main question is is there a specific type i should be aiming for if they want 2-3 people to be able to throw stuff up on the screen? I know windows can see it as a wireless display, but will all PCs be able to grab the display or only 1? Any advice would be appreciated. The one i was looking at is the 'Samsung - 65" Class - LED - NU6900 Series - 2160p' one.

Barco type device.

Box attached to TV

and a dongle users jack via usb to desktop. press button on usb device, and boom it's on the TV.

and this is all done device to device, so no internet issues can ever break it.

ohhh multiple users providing input at a time? That is a good one, i'll have to look around. I don't have anything like that deployed.

Does not have to be simultaneously only quickly toggle-able. Meaning lets say Person X is displaying his map, and person Y wants to throw up a spread sheet as well, person X hits button, and now person Y can push his data to screen. Thats possible with your solution?

Nope, not even close. Almost positive the BARCO is one dongle per TV Box.

N even if you could change who's synced, the latency between switches would be 10-15 seconds each time.

Any of the push to mirror devices we use have this latency though.
