Which cheap monitor to get?

Basically a new game comes out next week and I want a second monitor to have tutorials and stuff on without alt-tabbing constantly on my single monitor.
My question is which monitor should I get which is cheap but efficient?

PC specs:
BenQ XL2411Z
i7 6700k
16GB
980Ti

I would save up for a better monitor and keep your old as the secondary
Which better monitor depends on how much you can spend

you don't have a phone? seems kind of silly to buy a second monitor just for game tutorials.
