I wonder how they will make it work at 240 hz native resolution? I guess you will have to lower the colors? Or maybe it support dual DP 1.4 for that extra bandwidth as it comes with two 1.4 DP ports.

DP 2.0, HDMI 2.1.

Doubtful their VA will magically run under 4ms transition times and not suffer from clouding when curved.

The G9 is probably physically the best looking monitor I've ever seen. And that curve is bad ass. I may have to give it a try as I wait for the 48CX OLED.

Vertical space is same with a 27" monitor with a crummy 1440 resolution. A tennis match and black bars galore. POS monitor ... unless they make the height and resolution more vertically. All this and a VA talk about off looking colors when playing the tennis match lol.

It has Amd Freesync 2 but it is Gsync Compatible so no it doesn't have the hardware Gsync chip inside.

Has anyone found out yet, how Samsung achieves 240Hz native resolution 10-bit color, without any form of DSC? Because it exceeds what the current 1.4 DP bandwidth can handle (Samsung already confirmed that the monitor is running dual 1.4 DP, and HDMI 2.0).

Are they using some sort of dual DP 1.4 setup to achieve the bandwidth requirements? Or do you have to turn down the colors (Chroma subsample)?
