u'll see lagginess under 50-60 frames.. especially in first person shooters. The lag from just looking around with the mouse in a first person shooter at 25frames is pretty noticeable.

i think theres some other factor involved, because I can see flicker on about 100hz and below (even though its barely visible at that, at like 60hz, its clear as day, like if u see it on a camera)
