My guess it that you did fry the vid card, go ahead and test another card in the same slow and see it if works.

You've gotta lower some clocks and volts...homie....
put it back the way it was for 24 hrs...leave it on all night at that...next day get it burnin' again

it might be a driver issue...reinstall is all I can give you dawg...

Uhm, not sure you understand the situation. Cant see ANYTHING on the screen when turned on. Thus, i cannot boot up and Lower clocks or update drivers or anythin.

Sorry to say this but i think yopu broke something off. Does your motherboard have onboard video or do you have a spare video card? If yes use it to see if it truly if the video card is busted. If that doesnt work you might have accidentally shocked the motherboard sending it down or any other component might have got a little shock.

TRy reseating the GFX card and the monitor cable and I'd go the extra step and clear the CMOS with the jumper then try to boot
