this LCD hurt my eyes from the light...ive been staring at it too long

o man..my eyes are lieke blinded from it with those whites things then it goes back to normal every second

OWWW!!!

anyone here ever get this?

try turning down the brightness, what monitor is it? Many of the newer LCDs have contrast ratios of 600+:1 and all that means is that it is brighter then others.

yea, my old lcd hurt my eyes too, then it broke and i like this monitor way better anyway

how can u configure ur monitor to be bright at all when u are playing games and then to the config u decide when u not? or not ur monitor but ur vcard

hmmm you video has anj option (almost all do) to fix the brightness, contrast etc on your monitor to your liking ... its like a guide thingy. wherein you go through certain procedures and try fixing the brightness and contrast according to what`s being said..
after you do this. mostly you`d like the brightness and stuff on your monitor..

Mine has a brightness button that cycles through 3 presets. (It's a crt, though.)

Yeah my eyes hurt the first day or two after I got my LCD but I got use to it and now it doesn't bother me. btw, it's 1000:1
