I have a small white dot on my lcd monitor how do i remove it or how can i refresh the monitor?

Not to seem like I am calling you stupid, but did you try turning off the monitor the refresh?

You can change the resolution of the display which will to a schreen refresh when changin the settings.

SOrry about the last comment, but most I usually overlook the simplest resolution and sometimes remind other of them.
