19in viewable?

If not, I HIGHLY suggest the Viewsonic A90f+, if you want 19 inch viewable, I'd still try for a viewsonic.

You'll be below your price range I believe, and its a Flat CRT, with a super bright button that really brings the colors out on the games.

Thx I will check that one out if I can find a UK supplier.

Good news, the A90F+ is 18in viewable...and if I did the math correctly, you should be in the 150(uk) range I think...maybe less.

Cant find that one anywhere in UK... Looked at a few others with and also another Viewsonic with exactley same specs but different name...

Looks like a great monitor and yeah for £150 Its got to be a great steal.
Roll on June 30th pay day. New monitor new keyboard and an extra HDD for my DVD storage while I get ready to burn them.

So you found a monitor or no?

I did some minor research too, and it looks like Viewsonic is only available in north america...what a bummer.

All you have to do is find a monitor with a Sony tube (pureflat). I wouldnt buy one new as there are lot's around at very good prices. I got my Compaq P900 19" for £85 with 12mths warranty.

Manchester monitors are good, as are others that go to Bowlers computer fair, Trafford park, Manchester. Or maybe there a northern computer fair near you.

I spent A LONG time looking for a good 19" monitor ... and after about 4-5 months of reading reviews I ended up buying mine. I HIGHLY suggest this monitor:

I absolutely love my NEC-Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930sb. Best monitor I have ever used. The aperture grill lines bugged me for about a week, but I do not even notice them anymore.
