what is the best crt screen at around 250-350 canadian.
17 or 19 inch.
it has to be perfect flat.

well which one you guys recommand?

Here is the best CRT monitor, But its not in your budget. I would say that the best budget CRT is this one. Not sure how much that is in Canadian, but it is pretty nice. Basically anything with a good refresh rate (75hz+), high Resolutions (1600x1200+) and low grill pitches (.25-) then you will be good. Also look for things like anti-static/glare and of course True Flat.
